Collections Supervisors are needed! Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Collections Supervisor to lead the AR function and supervise a team of AR Clerks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, driving and tracking performance standards; establishing, maintaining and delivering training programs; developing and reviewing action plans for team; determining appropriate staffing needs and hiring to those needs; effectively communicating with all levels in the organization; ensuring all collection actively is recoded accurately, clearly and appropriately; auditing departmental practices; working with management to ensure best practices are established and followed by locations.
