Job Description

DESCRIPTION The Consultant will review and analyze content for maintenance or conversion to a Web based deliverable for Call Center and Service Delivery curriculums. Please note: This is NOT an IT developer assignment nor a Technical Writing assignment but a course designer to develop training courses for client needs.

Contract Designers will be required to evaluate existing leader-led course material for appropriate conversion to eLearning. Solid Front End and task analysis skills will be employed to determine appropriate design plans for each project. eLearning skills are required for the design and development tasks of converting course material. Excellent work ethic, self-starter, attention to details and attendance are crucial. Must have excellent project management skills, must be able to work in an atmosphere of ambiguity with little supervision and must be able to use existing instructional design standards and processes.
