What you'll be doing:

* Evaluating loan risk by verifying loan application information

* Verifying application information against loan criteria guidelines and standards.

* Evaluating risk

* Identifying and documenting deficiencies in certain loans

* Ranking risk by estimating degree of risk; noting any additional requirements; forwarding to loan committee.

* Providing information by answering questions; responding to requests.

* Maintaining customer confidence by keeping application information confidential.

* Providing loan control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.



What you'll need:

* 2+ years of Mortgage underwriting experience
* Ability to Analyze Information
* Strong General Math Skills
* Knowledge of Statistical Analysis, Business and Corporate Finance
